Aspiring Crew Courses

Aspiring crew courses are entry‑level training programs that prepare first‑time yacht professionals for junior roles on board. They build core safety, service, and seamanship skills so you’re hire‑ready for Stewardess/Interior, Deckhand, Chef, or Dual‑Role positions.

Compulsory Courses

Compliance to get you onboard

Book STCW in South Africa or online, secure your ENG1/SAMSA medical, complete Food Safety Level 2, and add additional skill based courses – scheduled around your availability with our support.

Compulsory Certification:

STCW10 | 5 Certificates
Seafarer Medical (ENG1 or SAMSA)
Food Health & Safety Level II (Stewardess & Chefs only)

Accreditation: International accredited | MCA approved

Skill-based Courses

From practice to performance: focused Stewardess, Deckhand, and Chef courses that boost consistency, speed, and guest experience.

Stewardess course: end‑to‑end interior training to onboard confident – service, housekeeping, laundry

Deckhand course: Teak, stainless and paint care, tidy finishes and confident deck ops
Yacht Chef Course: Cuisine and systems – plan, provision, and plate flawlessly at sea.

PWC Instructor: Train safe, guest‑friendly PWC operations and escort procedures
